Working Principle

Sandblasting room is suitable for cleaning and rust removal of some large workpieces and increases the adhesion effect between workpieces and coatings. Before sand blasting operation, the workpiece is sent into the sand blasting chamber, then the electric and gas devices are connected, the sand blasting lighting is turned on; Workers wear protective clothing and hold the spry gun to start the sand blasting operation. When manual sand blasting, steel shot from this process fall down to the bottom of the sand blasting chamber then the steel shot is collected by screw pusher to the bottom of the elevator, and then to the top of the sorter by the elevator belt assembly respectively. The sorter is powered by the dust collector. The purpose is to separate broken steel shot and dust from the sand blasting processing. Through the sorting device, qualified steel shot will come directly into the storage bin above the blasting machine, and ready to be used again. Dust is directly sucked away by the dust collector fan and adsorbed in the filter dust collector; finally dust falls into the dust recovery box that needs to be cleaned up regularly.

Product Description

1Sand blasting chamber

1. Sandblasting chamber is strengthened by high quality corrugated board, with 4 mm rubber inner protection and independent control of LED lighting;

2. In front of the sand blasting chamber the door is opened and closed manually. The light rail is installed on the ground. The trolley is used to transport the workpiece into and out of the sand blasting chamber.

3. 8 dust-proof and explosion-proof LED lights are installed at the top of the sand blasting chamber which equipped with a switch, it is convenient for the operator to turn on the light when observing.

4. Sandblasting start switch and emergency stop button are designed in sandblasting chamber, there are two modes: manual and automatic.

5. The maximum load-bearing limit of sand blasting chamber is 7T.

6. Sandblasting indoor specifications: 9000*5000*4000mm (L*W*H).

2Pressure tank system

1. It is composed of a 280L pressure tank, which adopts peach-shaped design to increase the fluidity of steel balls.

2. The upper part is connected with pneumatic butterfly valve and storage bin. The pneumatic valve is closed during sandblasting operation. At the end of sandblasting, the pneumatic valve opens and begins to sand the pressure tank.

3. The pipeline is equipped with manual air switch valve, oil-water separator + pressure regulating valve, pneumatic diaphragm valve, gas storage tank, exhaust muffler and sand valve.

4. 4.Equipped with two tungsten carbide guns, each gun with 10 meters sand blasting pipe.

3Steel shot elevator system

4Air separator system

1. A set of Air separator system with full curtain separation system has good separation effect.

2. The rear part of the air separator is equipped with a suction pipe for separating shot, sand and dust, and an internal regulating valve, which can effectively separate broken steel shot and dust in time. And so on.

5Filter dust collector MDC-12

1. Fan power: 22 kw.

2. Dust removal air volume: 23 000 m3/h, wind pressure 3400 Pa.

3. There are 12 filter cartridges with a filtering area of 10 m3 per cartridge.

4. Equipped with a secondary filter. Suitable for indoor emission, dust emission is less than 80 mg/m3.

5. With automatic backblowing cleaning device, the backblowing time interval can be set.

6. The air inlet of the dust collector is equipped with an air valve, which can adjust the air volume according to the use of the equipment.
